Refund & Returns Policy – High-Value Artworks

At Tyara Fine Art Gallery, we handle unique and high-value artworks with the utmost care. Due to the exclusive and collectible nature of our inventory, the following refund and return conditions apply.

1. Returns Eligibility

  • Refunds or returns are only accepted for artworks damaged during shipping or if the artwork delivered does not match the agreed description.

  • All claims must be submitted in writing within 48 hours of receipt, with photographic evidence of damage or discrepancy.

2. Condition Verification

  • Every artwork is professionally inspected and documented prior to shipment.

  • Buyers are encouraged to carefully inspect the artwork upon delivery and report any issues immediately.

  • Artworks must be returned in the same condition as received, including original packaging and documentation (e.g., certificates of authenticity, provenance papers).

3. Shipping & Insurance for Returns

  • Returns are coordinated by Tyara Fine Art Gallery and must be shipped using approved carriers with 100% insurance coverage for the full value of the artwork.

  • Buyers are not responsible for the cost of shipping if the return is due to damage or misrepresentation.

4. Refund Processing

  • Once the artwork is received and inspected, the refund will be processed to the original payment method within 14 business days.

  • No refund will be issued for artwork that is returned in damaged condition, altered, or without proper documentation.

5. Non-Returnable Items

  • Due to their unique nature, all sales of artworks are final, except in cases of:

    • Shipping damage

    • Misrepresentation or error in the artwork description

  • Digital art, prints, or limited editions may have separate return terms outlined at the time of purchase.

6. Special Notes for Collectors

  • All artworks are sold with authenticity certificates and provenance documentation.

  • High-value and fragile artworks require careful handling during inspection and return. Buyers are responsible for following the gallery’s return instructions.

  • Certain international artworks may be subject to export or import restrictions, which may affect eligibility for return.
